  3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions token.
  4. Activate the Munitions token by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
  5. Repeat.
