Steps

  1. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing
    Izoni, Thousand-Eyed
    Izoni    , adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. Izoni, Thousand-Eyed
    Izoni     dies, triggering
    Nim Deathmantle
    Nim Deathmantle    , causing you to pay ({4} magic symbol)   to return
    Izoni, Thousand-Eyed
    Izoni     from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach
    Nim Deathmantle
    Nim Deathmantle     to it.
  3. Izoni, Thousand-Eyed
    Izoni     enters the battlefield, creating at least four 1/1 Insect creature tokens.
  4. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     three times by sacrificing three Insects, adding ({3} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite creature tokens and mana, you can use that to activate
