Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  2. An opponent cannot block and kill creatures you control.

Steps

  1. Declare Lightning Runner and at least five other creatures as attackers.
  2. Lightning Runner triggers once, and Stone Idol Generator triggers for each attacking creature.
  3. Resolve all Stone Idol Generator triggers, causing you to get that much an energy counter.
  4. Resolve the Lightning Runner trigger, causing you to get an energy counteran energy counter, and then pay eight an energy counter to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  5. Repeat.
  6. You may attack with additional creatures to net additional an energy counter each loop.

Results

  1. Infinite combat phases.
  2. Infinite energy counters.
  3. Infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
  4. Infinite untap of creatures you control.
