Steps

  1. Activate

    Liquimetal Torque    's second ability by tapping it, causing
    Yurlok of Scorch Thrash
    Yurlok     to become an artifact until end of turn.
  2. Activate
    Yurlok of Scorch Thrash
    Yurlok     by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and tapping it, causing each player to add ({B} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate
    Voltaic Construct
    Voltaic Construct     by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , untapping
