Steps

  1. Give

  2. Activate the permanent that can deal damage by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to

    Cacophodon    , triggering
    Cacophodon
    Cacophodon     twice.
  3. Resolve the first
    Cacophodon
    Cacophodon     trigger, untapping the permanent that deals damage.
  4. Holding priority, activate the permanent by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  5. Resolve the second
    Cacophodon
    Cacophodon     trigger, untapping the permanent.
  6. Repeat from step 2.

Notes

  1. You can skip steps 4 and 5, if desired, to untap another permanent instead.

Results
