Steps

  3. When Perigee Beckoner enters, it triggers, targeting Skullbriar.
  4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Perigee Beckoner.
  5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Skullbriar.
  6. When Skullbriar dies, Illicit Masquerade's second ability and Skullbriar's ability granted to it by Perigee Beckoner trigger.
  7. Resolve the Skullbriar trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
