Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Battlemage's Bracers attached to Tidewater Minion and Arbor Adherent without summoning sickness).

Steps

  4. Resolve both Tidewater Minion abilities, untapping it and Arbor Adherent.
  5. Repeat.
