Steps

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Custodi Soulbinders.
  2. When Custodi Soulbinders dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
  3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
  4. Repeat.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
  5. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
