Steps

  1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying one generic mana.
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Forensic Gadgeteer trigger.
  3. Resolve the Forensic Gadgeteer trigger, creating a Clue token.
  4. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding one red mana and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Clue, adding one blue mana.
  6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
  7. Activate the Clue by paying one generic mana and sacrificing it, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library.
  8. Repeat.
