Steps

  1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Forensic Gadgeteer trigger.
  3. Resolve the Forensic Gadgeteer trigger, creating a Clue token.
  4. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding ({R} magic symbol)   and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Clue, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
