Steps
- Cast Banishing Knack by paying ({U} magic symbol) , targeting a creature you control that doesn't have summoning sickness.
- Cast Sewer-veillance Cam by paying ({U} magic symbol) .
- When Sewer-veillance Cam enters, it triggers, untapping a creature you control.
- Activate Urza's first ability by tapping Sewer-veillance Cam, adding ({U} magic symbol) .
- Activate the creature targeted by Banishing Knack by tapping it, returning Sewer-veillance Cam from the battlefield to your hand.
- When Sewer-veillance Cam leaves the battlefield, it triggers, untapping the creature tapped in step 5.
- Repeat.

- If you control an artifact creature, you can untap that creature with the additional Sewer-veillance Cam trigger. It can then be tapped by Urza for blue mana, which can then be used for Urza's other ability.
