Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Deadeye Navigator is paired with Arcbound Lancer and Arcbound Lancer with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Arcbound Lancer by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. Arcbound Lancer leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with +1/+1 counters due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Arcbound Lancer.
  4. Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Arcbound Lancer when it left the battlefield.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Arcbound Lancer and a Mutagen, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.

  1. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Urza's ability.
