Steps

  1. Activate Urza by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
  4. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating a 0/0 Construct artifact creature token.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Construct, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the Construct, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat.
