Steps

  1. Activate Urza by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
  4. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating a 0/0 Construct artifact creature token and a Food token.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping the Construct and Foods, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
