Steps

  1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
  2. Activate Urza by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  3. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
  5. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating two 0/0 Construct artifact creature tokens.
  6. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping the Constructs, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  7. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite creature LTB.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite tapped creature tokens.
