Steps

  1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
  2. Activate Urza by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  3. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
  5. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating two 0/0 Construct artifact creature tokens.
  6. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping the Constructs, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat from step 2.
