Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Deadeye Navigator is paired with Zabaz and Zabaz with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Activate Zabaz by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. Zabaz leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with a +1/+1 counter due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Zabaz.
  4. Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Zabaz when it left the battlefield.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Zabaz and a Mutagen, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
