- Cast Sewer-veillance Cam from your graveyard by paying ({U} magic symbol) .
- When Sewer-veillance Cam enters, it triggers, untapping Emry.
- Activate Urza's first ability by tapping Sewer-veillance Cam, adding ({U} magic symbol) .
- Activate Extruder by sacrificing Sewer-veillance Cam.
- Sewer-veillance Cam triggers, untapping a creature you control.
- Resolve the Extruder ability.
- Repeat.
Notes
- If you control an artifact creature, it can be untapped by the second Sewer-veillance Cam trigger, and then tapped via Urza to get infinite blue mana. Once you have infinite blue mana, you can either use it for Urza's second ability and/or to activate Sewer-veillance Cam's ability to draw cards.
