Steps

  1. Activate Urza by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
  4. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating three 0/0 Construct artifact creature tokens.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping two Constructs, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Urza's ability.
