Steps

  1. At the beginning of your upkeep,

  2. Resolve the

    Court of Vantress     trigger, creating a token of any nonlegendary artifact you control.
  3. Activate

  4. Resolve the

    Stasis     trigger, causing you to pay ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat during each of your turns.
  6. As long as

    Stasis     is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps.
