Steps

  1. Activate Khalni Gem by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting Khalni Gem and Shipwreck Dowser, blinking them.
  3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
  4. When Khalni Gem enters the battlefield, return two lands you control to your hand if able.
  5. Repeat.
