Notable Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate any number of Elves you control by tapping them, adding at least three generic mana.
  2. Each Elf tapped this way triggers, untapping it and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying three generic mana, blinking Dionus, thus granting a fresh instance of the ability to each Elf you control.
  4. Repeat.
