Steps

  1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least one generic manaone white mana.
  2. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying one generic manaone white mana.
  3. Paradox Engine triggers, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  4. When Whitemane Lion enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. If nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least two generic manaone white mana, this combo nets infinite mana.
