Initial Card State

  1.  Etali in hand.
  2.  Mortuary and Goblin Bombardment on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Etali by paying ({5} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Etali.
  4. When Etali dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  6. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
