Steps

- Cast Disinformation Campaign by paying ({1} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) ({B} magic symbol) .
- Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
- When Disinformation Campaign enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to draw a card and each opponent to discard a card.
- Activate Glarb by tapping it, causing you to surveil 2.
- Disinformation Campaign's second ability triggers, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
