  4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  5. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Mystic Sanctuary can be tapped for mana before casting Notorious Throng if it's able to do so.
