Resolve both
Emeria Shepherd triggers, choosing not to return a permanent.
Resolve the first
Evolution Sage trigger, choosing not to proliferate.

Fall of the Thran triggers, causing each player to return two land cards from their graveyard to the battlefield, in which one of your returned lands must be a Plains, and sacrificing
