Initial Card State

  1.  Oboro in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Easy Prerequisites

  1. Magistrate's Scepter has at least one charge counter on it.

Steps

  1. Play Oboro, Palace in the Clouds.
  2. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters the battlefield, Evolution Sage triggers, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
  3. Activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Oboro's last ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 1 twice more.
  6. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  7. Repeat each turn.

  1. Infinite turns.
