Initial Card State

  1.  Release to the Wind in hand.
  2.   Lutri in hand or in the command zone.

Easy Prerequisites

  1. There is at least one nonland permanent on the battlefield.

Mana Needed

  1. three generic manaone blue manaone blue or red manaone blue or red mana plus commander tax if applicable available.

Steps

  1. Cast Release to the Wind by paying two generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Holding priority, cast Lutri either from your hand or from the command zone by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable.
  3. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Release to the Wind, targeting Lutri.
  4. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Lutri.
  5. Cast Lutri from exile without paying its mana cost.
  6. Repeat from step 3.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite creature LTB.
  3. Infinite storm count.
  4. Infinite magecraft triggers.
