  3. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Lutri.
  4. Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Lutri.
  5. Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying zero mana due to Heliod.
  6. Repeat from step 3.

Notes

  1. You can have an opponent draw the first iteration using Whirlwind Technique to get Heliod's cost reduction to two generic mana to continue the combo.
