Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Obstinate Gargoyle without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Obstinate Gargoyle.
  2. When Obstinate Gargoyle dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
  3. When Obstinate Gargoyle enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  5. Repeat.
