Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Darksteel Angel.
  2. When Darksteel Angel dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its static effect.
  3. When Darksteel Angel enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  5. Repeat.
