Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Captain Kathryn Janeway without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. The top card of your library is a nonland card.

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Captain Kathryn Janeway.
  2. When Captain Kathryn Janeway dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Captain Kathryn Janeway enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  5. Resolve the Captain Kathryn Janeway trigger, revealing the top card of your library, putting the card back on top of your library, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on Captain Kathryn Janeway.
  6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  7. Repeat.
