Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Wakandan Royal Guard without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Wakandan Royal Guard.
  2. When Wakandan Royal Guard dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Wakandan Royal Guard enters, it and Blasting Station trigger.
  4. Resolve the Wakandan Royal Guard trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  7. Repeat.
