When the

Resolve the
Phantom Steed token's trigger, exiling
Kiki-Jiki until
Phantom Steed leaves the battlefield.
Resolve the
Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
Activate
Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the
Phantom Steed token.
When the
Phantom Steed token dies,
Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield.
When
Kiki-Jiki enters the battlefield,
Blasting Station triggers, untapping
Blasting Station.
Resolve the
Blasting Station ability from step 5.
Repeat.
