Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Persist Creature without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the Persist Creature.
  2. When the Persist Creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Uncivil Unrest.
  3. When the Persist Creature enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  5. Repeat.

  1. Infinite ETB.
  2. Infinite LTB.
  3. Infinite damage.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
  5. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
