Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Builder's Talent is level 2 or higher and Persist Creature without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the Persist Creature.
  2. When the Persist Creature dies, its persist ability and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
  3. Resolve the Persist Creature trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  4. When the Persist Creature enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer ability, creating a Treasure token.
  6. When the Treasure token enters the battlefield, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Persist Creature.
  7. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  8. Repeat.
