When

Resolve the
Moritte of the Frost and
River Kelpie abilities, causing you to draw two cards.
Resolve the
Blasting Station ability from step 4, untapping it.
Resolve the
Blasting Station ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
Repeat.
