Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Scholar of New Horizons without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Scholar of New Horizons.
  2. When Scholar of New Horizons dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
  3. When Scholar of New Horizons enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  5. Repeat.
