Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Persist Creature without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the Persist Creature.
  2. When the Persist Creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When the Persist Creature enters, Blasting Station and Juniper Order Ranger trigger.
  4. Resolve the Juniper Order Ranger trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and the Persist Creature.
  5. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
  7. Repeat.
