Steps

  1. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying two generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Manaform Hellkite triggers, creating a 3/3 Dragon Illusion token.
  3. Resolve Mystic Speculation, scrying 3 and returning Mystic Speculation to your hand.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Dragon Illusion, adding one blue mana.
  5. The Dragon Illusion dies, triggering Minn's second ability, putting Grinning Ignus from your hand onto the battlefield.
  6. Activate Grinning Ignus by paying one red mana and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, adding one colorless manaone colorless manaone red mana.
  7. Repeat.
