Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Tui and La without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Activate Tui and La by tapping it using any free tapping method.
  2. Tui and La's first ability triggers, causing you to draw a card.
  3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Tui and La.
  4. Tui and La's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You will also get near-infinite results from the tapping method used (like colored mana from Paradise Mantle). Some methods may not require Tui and La to not have summoning sickness (like Earthcraft or Relic of Legends).
