Steps

  1. Activate Words of War by paying one generic mana, replacing the next card you draw.
  2. Attempt to draw a card, with the draw being replaced by Words of War dealing 2 damage to an opponent.
  3. Niv-Mizzet triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least one generic mana.
  5. Activate Words of War by paying one generic mana, replacing the next card you draw.
  6. Resolve the Niv-Mizzet ability, replacing the first card draw with Words of War dealing 2 damage to an opponent, and causing you to draw a card.
  7. Niv-Mizzet triggers, holding priority, activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
  8. Repeat from step 4.

Results

  1. Near-infinite damage.
  2. Infinite self-discard triggers.
  3. Infinite draw triggers.
  4. Infinite looting.
