Steps

  2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Mona Lisa.
  3. Activate Tasigur by paying two generic manaone green or blue manaone green or blue mana, causing you to mill two cards and return a nonland card from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite self-discard triggers.
  3. Infinite self-mill.
