Steps

  1. Activate Super-Skrull's fourth ability by paying ({5} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , causing you to draw eight cards.
  2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a permanent that can tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have at least ({5} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   in your mana pool.
  5. Repeat from step 1.
