Steps

  1. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing
    Timebender
    Timebender    , adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. When
    Timebender
    Timebender     dies,
    Missy
    Missy    's first ability triggers, returning
    Timebender
    Timebender     from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a 2/2 Cyberman artifact creature.
  3. Activate
    Timebender
    Timebender    's morph ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , turning it face up.
  4. Timebender
    Timebender     triggers, either removing up to two time counters from a card, or putting two time counters onto a suspended card or a permanent with a time counter on it.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
  5. Remove any number of time counters from suspended cards and/or permanents you control.
