Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser and another nontoken creature, adding one generic manaone white mana.
  2. Cast Continue? by paying one generic manaone white mana, returning Shipwreck Dowser and at least one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters, it triggers, returning Continue? from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
