Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Kaya with two or more loyalty counters on it).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control less than three Blood tokens.

Steps

  1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Falkenrath Forebear, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  3. When Falkenrath Forebear dies, Voldaren Bloodcaster triggers, creating two Blood artifact tokens.
  4. Activate Falkenrath Forebear by paying ({B} magic symbol)   and sacrificing the Blood tokens, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
