Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ghired, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. Ghired dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Ghired from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Ghired enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a 4/4 Rhino creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Rhino, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite death triggers.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
