Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Overgrowth attached to [land]).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You have a land card in hand.

Steps

  1. Play any land card.
  2. That land enters as a creature due to Living Plane, triggering Vigean Graftmage's Graft ability, allowing you to move a +1/+1 counter from Vigean Graftmage to that land.
  3. Activate that land by tapping it, adding one mana.
  4. Overgrowth triggers, adding at least two additional mana.
  5. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping the land creature.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Note that either the land or the additional mana source must add blue mana.
  2. You may wait a turn after playing the land instead of using the Haste Enabler.

Results

  1. Infinite mana lands you control can produce.
